Reiki Talk & Meditation – 20 places per class (pre-booking available)

Reiki healing is a technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Are You Psychic?

An introduction to tuning into your intuition and tapping into the psychic powers that reside in everyone.

Mantra & Chant – 20 places per class and suitable for age 8yrs+ (pre-booking available)

Coming from the oral tradition (not written words) these simple repetitive sacred songs are simple to learn allowing your brain to move from its logical side to its creative side so you can feel elated and calm at the same time.  Improve your breathing and the quality of your voice.   Come along and feel amazing!

Dru Yoga – 15 places per class and suitable for age 8yrs+ (pre-booking available)

This is a gentle form of yoga, blending together dance, tai chi and yoga today.  You will learn how to stand correctly, experience a gentle warm up, then carry out a yoga posture and meditation and you’ll also get to experience a breathing exercise.

Sacred Drumming – 13 places per class and suitable for age 8yrs+ (pre-booking available)

The first sound a baby hears in the womb is its mother’s heart beat at 18 weeks pregnant.  By working with a drum you can connect with that feeling of safety and nurturing you felt in the womb. The drums used are round hoop drums (supplied). You will work gently with your heartbeat and that of others, honouring each heartbeat in turn.  Come and join this session and feel the power of the drum!

All courses are free to participate and early booking is recommended  – to book onto a course call 0191 257 8000.
