The Trust now has a range of good quality refurbished space, suitable for a range of uses, available in North Tyneside at the Linskill Centre, Royal Quays and Battle Hill sites.

Spaces range from 100-5,500 sq ft and are available on flexible terms and at affordable rates.

Location wise all sites are accessible to Newcastle city centre, Tyne Tunnel, A1 and A19 with good links to public transport and local retail parks – making it ideal for existing businesses, new start-ups and social enterprises.

Satellite Sites

Battle Hill Multi-Use Centre and royal Quays Community Centre are both modern, purpose-built community centre and are currently managed by the Linskill Centre and North Tyneside Community Development Trust, on behalf of North Tyneside Council on a two year pilot scheme.

Being a small organisation and permanent tenant at Linskill allows us to benefit from front-of-house and back office support, helping to project a professional image to our customers and partners.


Being part of a Tenants Network has enabled us to engage with a huge range of businesses and above all it's such a friendly place to work. It has been one of the best moves we have ever made.
