Since 2003, Linskill has transformed spaces into thriving community hubs in North Tyneside, offering everything from a nursery and café to events, activities, and essential support services. With over 260,000 visitors each year, their work drives meaningful impact for the community.

🌱 Thanks to an £130,000 facilitated by Big Issue Invest through The North East Combined Authority’s Flexible Social Finance fund, Linskill is continuing its renewable energy programme, installing 120 Solar panels and air source heat pumps. These upgrades will save nearly £14,000 annually, freeing up resources for their impactful work.
