The Linskill Centre has a range of small to medium sized office space available for permanent hire on short or long term contracts, with sizes starting from 25sqm up to 45 sqm.

Location wise the Linskill Centre is accessible to Newcastle city centre, Tyne Tunnel, A1 and A19 with good links to public transport and local retail parks – making it ideal for existing businesses, new start-ups and social enterprises.

Satellite Sites

Battle Hill Multi-Use Centre and royal Quays Community Centre are both modern, purpose-built community centre and are currently managed by the Linskill Centre and North Tyneside Community Development Trust, on behalf of North Tyneside Council on a two year pilot scheme.

Being a small organisation and permanent tenant at Linskill allows us to benefit from front-of-house and back office support, helping to project a professional image to our customers and partners.
