Community Centre

The centre is currently home to a range of permanent tenants and local groups, many of which provide services to the local community. Being a community resource the large hall is available to hire on a sessional basis and suitable for a range of events including celebratory parties, group meetings, fitness and training activities.

There is a small amount of office space available for permanent hire and being closely located to Newcastle city centre, Tyne Tunnel and local retail parks, the space is ideal for existing and new businesses / charities. Permanent tenant benefits include: secure entry, cleaning service, access to kitchenette area and reduced rates for casual room hire rooms/halls across all Trust sites.
