The Shed at Linskill shortlisted for national award! 🏆

We’re delighted to share that The Shed at Linskill has been named a finalist in the UK Men’s Sheds Awards 2025, a national celebration recognising how Sheds across the country reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, and strengthen communities.

Our Shed has been shortlisted for its outstanding work bringing local people together to share skills, friendship, and laughter — from woodworking and repairs to community projects that make a real difference.

“It’s fantastic to be recognised nationally — our Shed has become a real lifeline for so many,” said one of our members.

Winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony at the House of Commons on 27 November.
