Conditioning Fitness | 5.45pm- 6.30pm | An all over body workout that utilises your own body weight as well as the addition of some lightweight dumbbells (2-5kgs). We’ll squat, lunge and shoulder press our way through this 45 min session finishing with some core work and a gentle stretch to finish. NB Please bring your own dumbbells and mat to class. |
Stretch Fitness | 6.45pm- 7.30pm | A flowing Stretch class that has been designed to gently lengthen all major muscle groups, mobilise your joints and spine. Slow paced but still energised. NB Please bring your own mat to class. |
